Job Application: Quantitative Strategist at Binance

As a Quantitative Strategist, you will work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team to solve complex problems, contribute to the development of innovative trading algorithms, and play a key role in driving our fast-growing OTC business.
Responsibilities:
- Ideate, design, back-test, and implement agency execution strategies.
- Participate in all stages of algorithm development, including design, modeling, risk management, and parameter tuning.
- Research new trading strategies and optimize existing ones for improvement.
- Develop risk management frameworks to mitigate portfolio risks.
- Collaborate with the development team for smooth algorithm integration.
- Work with trading and operations teams to ensure effective risk management and calibration.
- Develop tools to measure algorithm performance and provide feedback for dynamic adjustments.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in a quantitative research/analyst role.
- Master’s degree in mathematics/statistics or related field.
- Strong academic background and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with execution trading in financial markets (equities, FX, futures, etc.).
- Experience with derivatives, options trading strategies, and risk management.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
