We are seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our Corporate Technology Group, driving modernization, digitization, and an enhanced user experience for Fidelity associates. You will collaborate with teams to understand business needs, manage a prioritized backlog, develop solutions, and foster strong partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support compliance with securities laws and regulations.
  • Drive innovation through technology, data analytics, and process improvements.
  • Manage project planning, resource allocation, and stakeholder collaboration.
  • Translate business needs into technical requirements and oversee testing and deployment of solutions.
  • Develop data visualization tools to improve self-service and reporting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or Information Systems.
  • 6+ years of relevant experience.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum and proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
