Senior Data Analyst (Product, Content, Feeds)

Responsibilities:

• Perform data analysis for Square and trading insights scenarios.
• Provide advanced analytics, reporting, and BI applications.
• Manage data requests from business stakeholders and assess the impact of changes.
• Collaborate with Square and trading teams to prioritize and deliver high-impact analysis.
• Use BI and AI solutions to implement autonomous data analysis.
• Lead junior data analysts on complex projects.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of data analysis experience, with proficiency in statistical analysis, machine learning, and data analysis techniques.
• Expertise in SQL, Spark, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and other data tools.
• Extensive experience in content platform or internet product data analysis.
• Strong understanding of business processes and ability to translate insights into actionable plans.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin, with excellent communication skills.
• Proactive, with a strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Passion for continuous learning and staying up-to-date with data analysis technologies.
• Strong leadership, project management, time management, and teamwork skills.
