Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Fin Crime & Compliance team to enhance efficiency and reduce compliance risks.
• Analyze data to provide actionable insights for operational improvement.
• Develop, maintain, and define compliance systems (e.g., AML detection engine).
• Support production models, audit requests, QA testing, and improvement initiatives.
• Identify and lead business improvement opportunities from concept to deployment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Ph.D. preferred).
• 8+ years of experience as a Data Scientist in fintech or blockchain, with on-chain analysis exposure.
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, and production ML models on AWS.
• Versatility in handling ad-hoc data analysis and product development tasks.
• Familiarity with cutting-edge international technology and research, with the ability to apply it practically.
