Senior Legal Counsel- 21 shares

With ~$7B in assets and over 50 global products, including industry-leading Bitcoin and Ethereum ETPs, we’re seeking a Senior Legal Counsel to join our growing U.S. legal team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as product counsel for U.S. asset management ventures, including fund launches and strategic partnerships.
• Advise on regulatory risks and opportunities related to U.S. asset management.
• Lead legal guidance for new ETFs, private funds, and investment structures.
• Manage SEC and NFA compliance, including policies and controls.
• Support product and engineering teams on cryptocurrency and blockchain initiatives.
• Negotiate and draft commercial contracts and service agreements.
• Oversee external counsel and service providers.

Qualifications:

• Fully qualified U.S. attorney with 6+ years of experience in financial services law.
• Skilled multitasker with a proactive, solution-driven mindset.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills.
• In-house experience preferred; interest in digital assets is a plus.
