As a Senior Product Designer on our Institutional team, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating intuitive, secure, and scalable client experiences on Coinbase Prime, our institutional brokerage platform. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop seamless user journeys and design solutions that empower institutional clients in the crypto-economy.

What You’ll Do:

• Shape product and design strategies, overseeing the end-to-end user journey from ideation to production.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Operations teams to define and execute the product roadmap.
• Design intuitive web and mobile experiences, actively participating in design critiques.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years in Product Design with strong product thinking, attention to detail, and a mastery of visual and interaction design.
• Proven experience in a product team, strong cross-functional communication skills, and fluency in Figma and prototyping tools.
• Collaborative, low-ego mindset and an interest in crypto or finance products.

Preferred Experience:

• Background in TradFi products or familiarity with on-chain activities like Ethereum, ENS, and dApps.

Salary: $175,000 - $ 210,000 annually, with target bonus, equity, and benefits.
