Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will bridge decentralized finance (DeFi) with traditional Bitcoin. You'll spearhead product development for Bitcoin integration into DeFi platforms, combining technical knowledge, market insights, and leadership. This position reports to the VP of Product.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy & Vision: Collaborate with the VP of Product to align product strategies with market needs.
• Roadmap Planning: Create and manage the product roadmap to meet both short-term and long-term goals.
• Feature Development: Work with engineering to prioritize features based on user feedback and market trends.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with blockchain developers and users for successful product integrations.
• Market Research: Keep abreast of Bitcoin, blockchain, and DeFi trends, focusing on Bitcoin integration.
• User Experience: Develop user-friendly products through feedback.
• Performance Metrics: Define and monitor KPIs for product success.
• Documentation: Ensure comprehensive product documentation and support materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 3+ years in product management, preferably in blockchain or fintech.
• Strong understanding of Bitcoin and blockchain technology.
• Familiarity with DAOs is a plus.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote environment.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Ideal Candidates Will Have

• Experience in cryptocurrency, DeFi, or web3 projects.
• A passion for decentralized finance.
• Experience working with globally distributed teams.

Location

All roles at Thesis are remote-first, preferably within Europe & Americas time zones.
