Role: Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate
As a Senior Regulatory Compliance Associate, reporting to our US BSA Officer, you’ll oversee BSA/AML/OFAC compliance. This includes managing systems, collaborating with partners, and preventing financial crime through monitoring, administration, and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Review and escalate suspicious activities, draft and submit SARs.
• Track escalations, meet review SLAs, and provide analyst feedback.
• Respond to US law enforcement and regulatory examinations.
• Suggest compliance improvements, support board reporting, and lead training.
• Maintain compliance records and contribute to ongoing compliance projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years in banking/finance, BSA/AML/OFAC experience.
• Familiarity with blockchain tech; 1+ year in blockchain investigations preferred.
• Proficiency with blockchain analytics (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic).
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, strong written and verbal skills.
