Role Overview

As part of the Consumer Product Group, you’ll be responsible for designing secure, reliable systems to integrate new cryptocurrency assets, build user-friendly features, and make crypto more accessible. Our 2024 goal: make Coinbase the top self-custody wallet globally.

Responsibilities

• Build secure services for blockchain integration and digital currency apps.
• Add new functionalities like staking and voting to existing crypto services.
• Write secure infrastructure for asset transfer.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership to execute our vision.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering; 4+ years in developing web apps with JavaScript and frameworks like React.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, performance, security, and usability.
• Experience working closely with design and product teams.
• High-quality, tested code-writing skills.

Nice to Haves

• Experience in finance/security sectors or with React Native.
• Familiarity with onchain activities like Ethereum, ENS, or dApps.

 Remote | Pay Range: $180,625—$212,000 USD + bonus, equity, and benefits
