About the Role:
As a Senior Software Engineer on the Salesforce Platform team, you’ll design, build, and enhance Salesforce applications and integrations, ensuring scalability, security, and enterprise-level maturity. Reporting to the Salesforce Platform Engineering Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality solutions that drive critical business value.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and related technologies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement best practices.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems via REST APIs and middleware.
• Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization.
• Stay current with Salesforce updates to propose innovative solutions.
• Contribute to code reviews and team knowledge sharing.
• Document technical designs and development processes.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years as a Salesforce Developer with expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, and integrations.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II) preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps tools (e.g., Copado, Github Actions).

Nice to Have:

• AWS, Go, fflib, Mulesoft, or Workato experience.

Pay Range: $162,350—$191,000 USD (includes target bonus, equity, and benefits).
