Your Mission
As a Senior Recruiter at Bitpanda, you will drive global recruitment efforts for our Commercial teams, including Sales, Solution Engineering, and Marketing. You’ll source, assess, and onboard top talent who align with our values and growth-oriented culture.

What You’ll Do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment and develop global sourcing strategies for roles in Vienna, Barcelona, Berlin, Dubai, and beyond.
• Leverage your extensive network and multiple recruitment channels to attract high-caliber candidates.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to meet hiring goals, ensuring a seamless, engaging interview experience for candidates.
• Use data to report on hiring progress and optimize recruitment strategies.

Who You Are

• 7+ years as a full-cycle recruiter, with a focus on Commercial roles.
• Strong candidate network and a track record of effective hiring strategies.
• Skilled at building relationships and influencing stakeholders.
• Analytical and data-driven, with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in English and German.
