About Coinbase Developer Platform (CDP):
Our team is focused on creating accessible developer tools to bring the world onchain, aiming to support a million developers through easy-to-use APIs and SDKs for wallets, staking, stablecoins, and more.

Role Overview:
As a Technical Writer, you’ll play a key role in establishing Coinbase as the leading Web3 developer platform. You’ll document new products and features, create guides that showcase our developer tools, establish best practices, and drive adoption through high-quality content. This position demands clarity in communicating technical concepts and a proactive approach to enhancing content quality across our platform.

Responsibilities:

• Document products, features, and APIs
• Create quickstart guides for seamless tool integration
• Set standards and guidelines for documentation
• Enhance content to increase engagement and usage
• Innovate on methods for delivering technical content

Requirements:

• 4+ years in technical writing
• Ability to quickly grasp new products and write for developers
• Skill in identifying content opportunities for increased engagement
• Proficiency in technical concepts and software development
• Experience with Ruby, Go, Typescript, Node, Java, or Next.js; knowledge of onchain languages like Solidity is a plus

Preferred Skills:

• Onchain experience with Ethereum and blockchain communities
• Familiarity with dApps, ENS, and onchain activities

Pay Transparency:
The target annual salary ranges from $175,100 to $206,000 USD, varying by location. Full-time offers include a target bonus, equity, and benefits.
