Software Engineer, Frontend (Trust and Loyalty)

Coinbase is seeking a Software Engineer to join our Trust & Loyalty team, focused on developing products for high net worth individuals (HNWI) and collaborating with the Coinbase One (CB1) team. CB1 offers exclusive benefits like zero trading fees, boosted staking rewards, and VIP support, aiming to create a membership experience that sets Coinbase apart.

In this role, you’ll design and build user-facing features that directly impact company revenue, working closely with engineers, product managers, and senior leadership to execute on product strategies. You will also contribute positively to team dynamics and drive collaboration.

Key qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience with web app development and JavaScript, including frameworks like React
• Experience building and shipping user-facing features
• Familiarity with front-end architecture, performance, security, and usability best practices
• Strong coding skills with an emphasis on quality and testing
• Experience working in product and design lifecycles

Nice-to-haves:

• Experience with in-app chat features
• Familiarity with crypto, financial exchanges, and blockchain technologies

Pay: $149,500 CAD with bonus, equity, and benefits.
