About the Role
We’re hiring a Software Engineer for our Trust & Loyalty team to develop innovative products for high-net-worth individuals (HNWIs) while collaborating closely with the Coinbase One (CB1) team. CB1 delivers unparalleled benefits like zero trading fees, boosted staking rewards, account protection, and priority support, creating an Amazon Prime-like experience for our crypto community.

As part of the team, you’ll design and implement user experiences that drive revenue, creating value for customers through elevated in-app delight and VIP services like account managers and white-glove support.

Responsibilities

• Build elegant, user-focused web applications and scalable features.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and leadership to execute our roadmap.
• Write high-quality, well-tested code and iterate quickly on customer feedback.
• Contribute to a positive and inclusive team environment.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience building web apps and user-facing features using JavaScript and frameworks like React.
• Strong understanding of front-end architecture, including performance, security, and usability.
• Familiarity with product and design lifecycles and cross-functional collaboration.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with in-app chat features, crypto, financial exchanges, or blockchain-based services.

Compensation
Annual salary: $147,000–$174,000 (varies by location), plus bonus, equity, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, 401(k)).
