Job Application: Product Designer at Coinbase

What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and UX Research to drive strategy, product decisions, and roadmaps.
• Oversee the end-to-end user journey, from vision to final production.
• Work closely with the Design Systems team to develop scalable design frameworks.
• Lead the design function for your product area and provide mentorship to the design team.

What We’re Looking For:

• 10+ years in Product Design with a proven record of leading across product areas.
• Strong visual and interaction design skills, with expertise in UX best practices and prototyping.
• Ability to drive product strategy in collaboration with Product, Engineering, and UX Research.
• Excellent communication, a collaborative spirit, and an open mind.

Bonus:

• Experience with onchain activities such as interacting with Ethereum addresses and using blockchain-based services.

Compensation: The estimated annual salary range is CAD $211,500, inclusive of bonus, equity, and benefits.
