Your Mission
As a Recruiter, you’ll be vital in sourcing, assessing, and hiring top talent to support our teams in Technology, Product, and beyond. You’ll lead full-cycle recruitment, providing an outstanding candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers to meet Bitpanda’s growth needs.

What You’ll Do

• Recruit globally for our hubs in Vienna, Barcelona, and Bucharest.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment, crafting effective sourcing strategies.
• Use various channels to identify top candidates and ensure smooth interview experiences.
• Collaborate with hiring leaders to meet hiring goals.
• Analyze recruitment data and provide insights to stakeholders.

Who You Are

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, ideally in Tech or Product fields.
• Proven sourcing and recruitment skills with a data-driven approach.
• Strong communication skills in English; German is a plus.
• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
