bloXroute is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to work directly with our Support team. As the Technical Support Engineer you will be focused on defining clear procedures to create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Investigate and resolve technical issues in collaboration with DevOps and Engineering teams
Support sales, business development, and user onboarding for blockchains, miners, and businesses
Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance (e.g., software upgrades)
Identify and address quality issues across blockchain services
Create technical documentation like whitepapers and application notes
Provide QA insights using data to drive improvements

Requirements:

1+ years in Technical Support or similar role
Knowledge of ETH/EVM blockchain networks
Experience with web3 clients (web3py, web3js) for blockchain data querying
Familiarity with blockchain nodes, p2p networks, smart contracts, and DeFi
Basic skills in coding and infrastructure management (Docker)

Salary

90,000 - 150,000 USD
