bloXroute is seeking an experienced Technical Support Engineer to work directly with our Support team. As the Technical Support Engineer you will be focused on defining clear procedures to create a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Investigate and resolve technical issues in collaboration with DevOps and Engineering teams
  • Support sales, business development, and user onboarding for blockchains, miners, and businesses
  • Conduct corrective and preventative maintenance (e.g., software upgrades)
  • Identify and address quality issues across blockchain services
  • Create technical documentation like whitepapers and application notes
  • Provide QA insights using data to drive improvements

Requirements:

  • 1+ years in Technical Support or similar role
  • Knowledge of ETH/EVM blockchain networks
  • Experience with web3 clients (web3py, web3js) for blockchain data querying
  • Familiarity with blockchain nodes, p2p networks, smart contracts, and DeFi
  • Basic skills in coding and infrastructure management (Docker)

90,000 - 150,000 USD
