About Coinbase Ventures: Coinbase Ventures invests in early-stage crypto and Web3 projects, supporting over 400 companies globally. We lead in on-chain innovation research and strategic investments that align with Coinbase’s mission.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Ventures investment lifecycle, actively connecting with founders, investors, and experts in crypto.
• Develop expertise in multiple verticals to guide Ventures investments and Coinbase's product strategy.
• Lead investments independently and drive improvements in our Ventures operations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in an analytical business role (e.g., VC, investment banking, consulting) or technical role in crypto/Web3.
• Investment experience with strong crypto landscape understanding.
• Excellent writing, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Networking ability and experience working with startup teams and cross-functional executives.
• BA/BS degree.

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with infrastructure or consumer-level products.
• Background in venture capital or crypto-focused companies.
• Data analysis/engineering skills, preferably with blockchain tools.

Salary & Benefits: $127,075—$149,500 + target bonus, equity, and benefits.
