Responsibilities:

• Manage the @Binance Reddit account, overseeing content, engagement, growth, and sentiment.
• Contribute to marketing campaigns and brand partnerships.
• Produce and edit original, high-quality content for multiple platforms.
• Collaborate with third-party creators, providing project management and feedback.
• Leverage social media trends, particularly on Reddit, to drive campaigns.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve future results.
• Monitor the social media landscape for real-time insights and market observations.
• Engage with and build communities through both one-on-one and broad conversations.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing or social media roles.
• Expertise in creating high-performing Reddit content and knowledge of its trends.
• Proficiency in video documentation and editing.
• Project management experience.
• Strong communication skills with a creative, fun spin.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility.
• Familiarity with the crypto market and meme culture.
• Remote or startup experience is a plus.
