About the Role:
As Associate Creative Director in Coinbase’s Creative Studio, you’ll lead innovative creative efforts at the crossroads of crypto, culture, policy, and technology. Reporting to the Group Creative Director, your role involves refining the Coinbase brand, engaging diverse audiences, and delivering impactful work that drives progress in the crypto space.

You’ll collaborate with creatives, strategists, marketers, and external agencies to craft industry-leading campaigns. This role requires balancing creative excellence with strategic collaboration across teams, showcasing crypto's value to consumers and policymakers alike, and contributing to the growth of a groundbreaking industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop compelling creative work that evolves the Coinbase brand.
• Collaborate across teams to foster impactful creative partnerships.
• Guide external agencies and internal teams toward innovative solutions.
• Mentor talent and contribute to a culture of creative excellence.
• Continuously refine and elevate the brand's presence.

Qualifications:

• 8+ years of creative experience, preferably in design.
• Proven track record of award-winning, visionary work.
• A strategic mindset paired with hands-on creative skills.

Salary Range: $161,500—$190,000 USD (plus bonus, equity, and benefits).
