Role Overview
The Ecosystem Lead will lead strategic partnerships and consulting efforts within our Growth Services division, helping blockchain partners achieve growth through data-driven strategies and ecosystem development.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver growth-focused consulting services to blockchain partners.
- Design and execute data-driven growth programs using Flipside's analytics platform.
- Lead strategic planning sessions and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations through data analysis.
- Build and maintain relationships with key ecosystem stakeholders.
- Create and present strategic recommendations to partner leadership.
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for integrated solutions.
Strategic Leadership
- Develop growth narratives and strategic frameworks for partners.
- Implement ambassador programs to expand ecosystems.
- Identify growth opportunities and guide partners through pivots.
- Provide thought leadership on market trends and best practices.
Qualifications
Required:
- 3+ years in consulting or strategic advisory, preferably in blockchain or data analytics.
- Deep understanding of blockchain technology, tokenomics, and ecosystem dynamics.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multi-stakeholder projects and drive business outcomes.
Preferred:
- Experience in growth strategy consulting for Web3 projects.
- Background in data analytics, token economics, or incentive design.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in blockchain analytics.
