Role Overview
The Risk Operations team seeks an experienced specialist to manage risks for Binance and its users. This role involves analyzing pre-determined fraud alerts, investigating account activity, and mitigating platform losses through detailed reviews and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and report metrics, including Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).
• Investigate at-risk accounts, assess risks, and take appropriate action.
• Identify and prevent abnormal activities and suspicious transactions.
• Educate customers on maintaining account security.
• Analyze data and documentation to verify the authenticity of transactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
• Ability to adapt to multiple tasks and new software technologies.
• Knowledge of cryptography or SQL/Datawind is a plus.
