About Reserve:
Reserve aims to create a global currency that’s stable like the USD but not volatile like Bitcoin. Through the Reserve protocol, anyone can create a currency backed 1:1 by tokenized assets such as stocks, bonds, gold, and real estate. ABC Labs drives the development of this protocol and supports its growing ecosystem.

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced DeFi engineer to lead the implementation of the Reserve protocol on Solana.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Solidity developers to adapt core protocol and governance logic into a Rust program for the Solana Virtual Machine (SVM).
• Develop high-quality, reusable code, tests, deployment scripts, and frontend integration tools while improving code quality and developer experience.
• Write clear documentation and work with auditors to ensure security.
• Guide our team on Solana development best practices and support frontend integration efforts.

Requirements:

• Senior-level Rust development experience with a focus on performance and testing.
• Familiarity with Solana DeFi programs and frontend integration.
• A security-first mindset with strict adherence to security standards.
• Strong English communication skills and availability during 11 am–2 pm EST.

Bonus Skills:

• Experience in a production-level Solana DeFi startup.
• Proficiency in Solidity.
• Familiarity with bridges like Wormhole or Layer Zero.
