Group Product Manager, Platform

Team: 

The CET/CB-GPT team focuses on delivering excellent product support, creating tools that enhance customer self-service, and improving operational efficiency. We drive the company’s AI vision, optimizing product experiences and internal workflows.

Role:

• Lead the product strategy for CET/CB-GPT
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to launch products
• Prioritize the product roadmap
• Build relationships with stakeholders and drive successful outcomes
• Lead a team of PMs to implement scalable solutions

Requirements:

• 12+ years of product management experience
• Strong focus on scalable platform and business outcomes
• Ability to develop strategy and innovate with a focus on payments and fintech
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

• Experience with AI (GPT, ML)
• Experience in customer support products at scale, particularly in operational environments
