The Product Team:
The Product Team drives strategy, planning, and adoption of OpenZeppelin products, focusing on tools for operating on-chain applications like Relayers, Monitors, and Access Control. This role requires expertise in go-to-market strategies, product marketing, developer relations, and product management.
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute a roadmap for Operate Tools to scale secure blockchain applications.
- Collaborate with Development, Design, and Data teams to deliver solutions aligned with user needs.
- Prioritize the product backlog and manage end-to-end execution of initiatives.
- Establish KPIs to measure success and report progress to leadership.
- Engage with developers and partners to gather feedback and drive innovation.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of product management experience, leading cross-functional teams.
- Strong understanding of Ethereum and blockchain developer tools.
- Technical background (Engineering or Computer Science degree preferred).
- Experience in technical software product management, startups, and open-source projects.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to synthesize technical concepts into clear documentation.
