Responsibilities:

  • Resolve customer disputes and ensure market safety
  • Investigate trading activity and prevent fraud
  • Foster a customer-centric culture and improve service processes
  • Use customer insights to drive product improvements
  • Act as the Voice of the Customer within the organization
  • Gather feedback through surveys and share learnings across teams

Requirements:

  • 1+ year of customer service experience
  • Proficient in IT and capable of handling technical queries
  • Excellent written communication and listening skills
  • Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Knowledge of blockchain, crypto, and P2P payments is a plus
  • Willingness to work weekends and irregular hours, including nights
  • Binance P2P user is preferred
