Finance Product Manager II - Consumer Products

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product areas from vision and strategy to execution.
• Collaborate across teams and regions to solve problems and drive product development.
• Define OKRs, track metrics, and prioritize stakeholder objectives.
• Lead development of a multi-year product vision and narrative.

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of product management experience, including 2 years from conception to launch.
• Strong stakeholder management and user-centric mindset.
• Entrepreneurial, fast learner, and passionate about cryptocurrency and financial markets.
• Experience with institutional-grade reliability and risk mitigation.
• Ability to innovate solutions by bridging cryptocurrency and financial market needs.

Nice to Have:

• Experience building products for large institutions (corporates, asset managers, etc.).
• Familiarity with financial services products like trading, payments, or custody.
• Experience with on-chain crypto activities and decentralized applications.

Salary: $175,100—$206,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
