Finance Product Manager II - Consumer Products

As a Product Manager, you’ll lead product areas from strategy to execution, working cross-functionally with engineering, design, and other teams. You’ll define objectives, drive collaboration, track metrics, and prioritize projects to shape the future of cryptocurrency and support our mission of creating an open financial system.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own product vision and strategy, and oversee execution
• Collaborate across teams to solve problems and define OKRs
• Drive development with a multi-year product vision
• Track product metrics and ensure alignment with stakeholder goals

Job Requirements:

• 5+ years in product management, including 2 years from conception to launch
• Strong stakeholder management and user-focused mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
• Passion for cryptocurrency and the Coinbase mission
• Experience with institutional-grade product development, considering reliability and risk
• Familiarity with financial services products and institutions

Preferred:

• Experience with institutional clients (e.g., asset managers, VCs)
• Familiarity with financial services like trading, payments, or custody
• Crypto-forward experience, including onchain activity and dApps

Salary: $185,000 CAD annually with bonus + benefits
