About the Role:
As a Technical Program Manager, you’ll strategize, plan, and execute initiatives to enhance internal Coinbase API quality and developer productivity. You’ll lead programs focused on improving service hygiene, API usability, and developer satisfaction, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive platform reliability, security, and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Lead programs to improve service quality through adoption of the Internal Development Platform.
- Enhance API documentation for discoverability and reusability.
- Drive measures to improve developer satisfaction and usability.
- Define and deliver roadmap objectives and success criteria with stakeholders.
- Track KPIs and monitor program progress, addressing risks and communicating updates.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years in technical program management within tech or a technical role.
- Expertise in API design, security, and monitoring best practices.
- Experience with code quality tools (e.g., SonarQube) and tracking developer metrics.
- Proven ability to deliver complex programs, manage stakeholders, and influence cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of AI/ML applications for developer productivity and blockchain ecosystems.
- Familiarity with SRE principles and project management certifications (e.g., PMP, CSM).
Compensation:
The target annual salary ranges from $223,550 to $263,000, including bonuses, equity, and benefits.
