Role: Risk Analyst (Ireland)

As a Risk Analyst, you’ll support the Ireland CRO and Risk Management team by identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks in a dynamic cryptocurrency and e-money environment. This entry-level role is perfect for someone passionate about financial services, regulatory compliance, and emerging technologies.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor key risk indicators and prepare reports for stakeholders.
• Support risk assessments for operational, market, credit, liquidity, and compliance risks.
• Assist in documenting incidents, tracking resolutions, and ensuring effective remediation.
• Enhance risk frameworks, policies, and controls to meet regulatory standards.
• Develop and implement risk management tools for accurate monitoring and reporting.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integrated risk management.
• Stay informed on regulatory developments, market trends, and risk methodologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related fields.
• 1-2 years of experience in risk or financial services roles.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency with risk tools, data analysis software, and Excel; blockchain experience is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive, accountable approach.
• Team player in a fast-paced environment, with integrity and ethical standards.

Nice to Have:

• Interest or experience in cryptocurrency.

Compensation:
Annual salary range: €58,050–€64,500 EUR (includes bonus, equity, and benefits).
