Senior Analyst, International Tech Risk & Controls

We’re looking for a driven Technology Risk & Controls Analyst to join our Germany team, focusing on safeguarding against technological and cybersecurity risks through assessments and control evaluations.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in technology frameworks, risk management, and regulatory compliance, with a collaborative approach to mitigating risks. You'll assess and enhance risk controls, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and help maintain compliance with laws and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct second-line risk assessments and ensure alignment with risk appetite and regulations.
• Evaluate and improve control measures and identify vulnerabilities.
• Develop and monitor key risk indicators (KRIs) and control metrics.
• Update policies to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
• Work with product, engineering, and cybersecurity teams to enhance risk management.
• Prepare reports and presentations for senior management and auditors.
• Propose improvements to risk management processes.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in technology governance, risk, and compliance.
• Experience with ITIL, COBIT, NIST, BAIT frameworks.
• Strong risk management and remediation project experience.
• Experience in cloud-native environments and working with auditors.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities.
• Fluent in English, with German fluency preferred.
• Financial Services, FinTech, or crypto experience is a plus.
