Role Overview:

As a Senior Software Engineer on the Test Experience team, you will:

• Lead the development of testing solutions, track their effectiveness, and adapt based on feedback.
• Collaborate across teams to address testing needs and shape our roadmap.
• Drive high-quality coding and engineering standards.
• Take ownership of team processes, meeting SLAs, and ensuring operational excellence.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of high performance.

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering.
• Strong focus on quality code and efficient processes.
• Execution-oriented with customer empathy, especially for developer needs.
• Excellent communication skills, with a proven impact on company-wide initiatives.

Preferred:

• Experience in Developer Experience/Productivity or similar teams.
• Previous role in a high-growth software company.
