Senior Software Engineer, Backend (Institutional - Trading Derivatives)

We seek a passionate and skilled Senior Engineer to join our Institutional Product Group, helping to build and scale innovative solutions for institutional customers, from Hedge Funds to individual traders. Our Institutional Trading Derivatives team focuses on enabling derivatives trading for our U.S. and international clients, with an exciting roadmap ahead.

Responsibilities:

• Design and support new products and services
• Build and maintain services, APIs, tools, and frameworks
• Collaborate with product managers and leadership to deliver on quarterly goals
• Mentor team members and enhance team skills

Requirements:

• 5+ years in software engineering with experience in scalable production services and service-oriented architecture
• Strong coding skills and a commitment to quality
• Passion for building a unified, open financial system

Preferred Experience:

• High-performance, low-latency engineering
• Familiarity with trading systems and crypto-related technologies

Compensation: $180,625—$212,000 USD + target bonus and benefits, dependent on location.
