We are seeking a passionate and driven Senior Software Engineer to join our Core Reliability team within the Infrastructure organization. This role is key in improving system reliability, scalability, and security, as we work to scale our platform and reduce customer incidents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contribute to scaling the system 10-20x and enhancing service configuration management systems.
• Improve Safe Release and canary-based deployment systems for smoother releases.
• Focus on system reliability with a customer-centric approach to reduce incidents.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software engineering experience.
• Expertise in designing, scaling, and maintaining production services.
• Strong technical skills in system design, coding, observability, debugging, and performance tuning.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work with engineers at all levels and collaborate effectively.
• Passion for building an open financial system and solving challenging problems.

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in rapid growth environments and working with Ruby, Go, Terraform.
• Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Background in building reliable systems and working in regulated environments.
• Crypto-forward experience, including Ethereum, ENS, dApps, or blockchain-based services.

Compensation:

• Salary: $180,625—$212,000 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
