Role Overview
We’re seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager for our Strategic Programs team to lead critical crypto-focused initiatives that define our vision.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and optimize crypto assets programs.
• Deliver actionable roadmaps with clear success metrics.
• Collaborate across teams (engineering, product, compliance, etc.) to set objectives.
• Create documentation, milestone maps, and program updates.
• Track progress, address challenges, and ensure timely outcomes.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical program management experience in tech or similar industries.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to manage ambiguity.
• Strong communicator across diverse audiences.
• Data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience managing global programs and multitasking effectively.

Preferred

• Certifications in program/project management.
• Knowledge of crypto/blockchain technology.
• Advanced proficiency in tools like Google apps, JIRA, Looker, SQL.

Compensation
Salary: $188,275–$221,500 USD/year, plus bonuses, equity, and benefits.
