The Role
As a Technical Program Manager on the Strategic Programs team, you’ll lead high-impact, cross-functional initiatives critical to Coinbase's growth. You’ll oversee strategy, planning, and execution of programs that optimize engineering operations, streamline processes, and foster operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Drive large-scale, highly technical, cross-functional programs across growth, compliance, marketing, and international expansion.
• Define goals, align teams, and deliver roadmap milestones.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product, data science, legal, and more.
• Develop detailed project plans, manage documentation, and communicate priorities.
• Monitor program status, address risks, and ensure timely resolutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical program management at a tech company.
• 3+ years in consumer growth platforms with expertise across the growth funnel.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, leveraging data-driven insights.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience managing global programs and working across time zones.

Preferred

• Background in growth-focused engineering or marketing technologies.
• Experience with international teams and projects.

Compensation
Annual salary: $188,275—$221,500 USD, plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
