We’re hiring experienced backend engineers to develop the next generation of crypto-focused products and services. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges, working on secure, scalable, low-latency systems that make cryptocurrency accessible worldwide.

Responsibilities:

• Break down our monolithic Rails app into microservices.
• Define and execute a scalable backend systems vision.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate our vision into a strategic roadmap.
• Deliver high-quality, well-tested code.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of software engineering experience.
• Skilled in designing, building, scaling, and maintaining service-oriented architecture.
• Strong coding standards and commitment to customer needs.
• Passionate about an open financial system.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with blockchain and onchain technology.
• Exposure to high-growth environments and decomposing monolithic systems.
• Familiarity with Golang, Ruby, Docker, Rails, and databases like Postgres or MongoDB.
• Knowledge of financial or security-focused systems.
