SyFu is seeking a Global WEB3 Marketing Assistant to support the recognition and community growth in the Web3 market. You will leverage your digital marketing skills to assist in developing and executing strategies that deliver new consumption experiences to users worldwide.

■ Purpose of the Position
Responsible for global marketing aimed at expanding recognition and building and growing the community for the SyFu project. However, the scope of work and authority will be adjusted according to the skill set.
■ Job Description
Marketing Support:
- Support in formulating and implementing marketing strategies.
- Support in planning and executing digital marketing campaigns on SNS, blogs, forums, and media releases. ・ Support in planning and managing offline events.
Community Management:
- Support community management on platforms such as Discord, Telegram, and X to enhance user engagement. ・ Support in collecting and analyzing feedback from users.
Content Production Support:
- Support in planning and producing content for websites, blog articles, white papers, and video content. ・ Support in content marketing optimized for growth hacking and SEO on SNS.
Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Support in measuring the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and data analysis. ・ Support in creating reports and making presentations and proposals to the management team.
Partnership Building Support:
- Support in forming alliances with WEB3-related companies and influencers. ・ Support in managing marketing agencies. ・ Support in planning and implementing collaboration events and campaigns.
■ Required Qualifications
- Practical experience in digital marketing (1 year or more).
- Basic understanding of WEB3 technologies and blockchain.
- Experience in managing SNS and community platforms.
- Excellent writing and communication skills.
- Data analysis skills and experience using analysis tools (such as Google Analytics).
- Proficiency in English (business level).

- Marketing experience in WEB3-related projects.
- Multilingual skills (English, Japanese, etc.).
- Content production skills (video editing, graphic design, etc.).
- Experience in planning and managing events.
